General Guideline for Presentations
All accepted papers are arranged as oral presentations. The presentation time is 15 min with discussion, but our suggestion is to have discussion using the coffee break.
The speakers are NOT RECOMMENDED to use their own PC, because the conference venue does not ensure the connectivity between your own PC and their projectors. So that all the speakers are requested to copy the presentation materials to the local computer in session room or using removable storage media for the presentation. Please copy your presentation material to local PC in session room and make sure it displays correctly one day before your presentation. The staff in each session room will help you to test and save the materials. All saved materials in local PC will be deleted completely and immediately once the session closed. |
